I heard 7D...so is there absolutely no way to set exposure above 30 seconds? I ran into this trying to shoot night sky shots while camping this passed weekend. I didnt have a remote either so holding the bulb button didn't work for me.

bulb mode is the only way with a remote shutter release

i still don't understand what the problem is? lens all look pretty much the same, it's what they do that makes them different/better
