I don't understand how he's not in jail after so many scams. OP hope everything works out. Pay Pal is very good with disputes like this.

I'd imagine he'll be seeing the police pretty soon. If I don't hear back ill call tomorrow and talk to a detective.

So.... got the email from him too

I told him to please follow the procedure that paypal has given him to possibly speed things up

Then he replied

"Yes I know that I did that already so you have to send them back to get to get the money back*"

He wish....

He must have missed the post about paypal telling you to NOT send them back
