Does Cobb still make custom maps by request? I have Stillen Gen 3 intake, Invidia gemini cat back and invidia test pipes. The main reason im getting the ap is

I have Stillen Gen 3 intake, Invidia gemini cat back and invidia test pipes. The main reason im getting the ap is to adjust the fuel myself due to the test pipes, but the more i read the less im liking my choice to go with cobb as it looks like im sol with base maps and will have to spend another $500 + to have a tuner shop do the actual tune. Anyone have some insight for me?
