When he forwarded the money for the bumper, this guy did not cover the paypal fees as well.
He has still yet to reply to my message and not solving this issue.
Basically this guy walked out with his refund and still declared a dispute
All I would like is to close the dispute.
He still received the dispute and refusing to close the dispute.
Here's the copy of the refunded amount he received yet still refusing to close the dispute.

Good luck! Although I always get a kick out of it when someone links a picture from their hard drive lol. (Use photobucket to upload and share them)

No shipment is the title of this thread and that is exactly what ckim64 has done.

I sent paypal payment that included PP fee. Apparently I was off by $0.29. You never shipped the item and I was patient with you. When it was clear that you would not ship the item I requested a refund on the transaction through paypal. That is the correct course of action for me to take. Instead of issuing a refund through the proper channel you had a friend/co-worker create a new transaction, which caused PP to take out their fee a second time and sets up the expectation that I would ship something to your friend/co-worker for the new transaction (paypal not "gifted").

I've bought and sold a number of items on the forums successfully, been a premium member, and even contributed to the freebies. Your most recent PM was incredibly immature. Probably ban worthy. But I am not concerned about it.

This claim, for my refund from ckim64 for failure to ship, is still open with Paypal.

Look who came out of the closet after so many unreplied messages you con artistic
Finally coming out
So when I post publicly you finally have the decency to reply and even manage to **** the words all up??
You have the story twisted
Paypal is already working on solving this issue that you haven't solved yet.
You have received the refund yet refuse to close the dispute?
The original transaction no longer even matters.
It's like a thread that ends with a weird random post.
As a matter of fact I pm'ed multiple times even requesting a refund so I can resend the money through my account.
I asked you provide proof multiple times yet you continued to fail and reply.
You like bullshitting so much???
Paypal even said you're in the WRONG.
How about you sit yourself down and reflect on how your life is.:happydance:
Keep up the good scamming.
I just wanted the dispute closed how it should've from the beginning with no problems.
Good luck surviving in life with those skills
What's funny is my post will banned while yours still up you shitty scammer.
Karma is going to hit you hard one of these days.

Please take some time to cool off there's no reason to get yourself temp removed from here simply for NOT following forum rules.

Im totally understanding the frustration But if you cant reply without trashing another member? You'll be removed as a last resort.

Please don't push the issue I hate to take action.

Thank You.

I no longer care as this is being resolved now from paypal.
Yo sorry *** is in Paypal's hands now.
Have a nice day.

:iagree: this whole thing seems to have gone over the top. In the end all that I can make of this, is that the one party didn't ship item and after paypal disputes they are still fighting over $1 :ugh2:

Seconded. He bought my Nismo undershroud. Was kinda funny watching him try to shove it into his Z on top of his girlfriend in the passenger seat though.

Just updating this thread in regards to this other thread:

http://www.the370z.com/intake-exhaus...posite-16.html

Scott Yellin will no longer be a middle-man between the forums and Synergy Composites.

Zbrah 03-10-2015 05:12 PM

Lol who did he insulted and threatened?

njobe89 03-11-2015 08:32 AM

read the thread he attached... it's worth the read :p

dmhenderson 03-11-2015 09:37 AM

That's synolimit right? Wasn't there some huge flap over missing brakepads under extremly similar circumstances recently?

Edit: Yup, 2 pages back. That guy has uh...really bad luck with USPS huh?

Yeah, that's one possible explanation. :rofl2: Not the most likely one, but it's possible.

dmhenderson 03-11-2015 10:01 AM

Also I didn't see him threaten anyone. He came off as a jerk or at least someone who's very upset but I didn't see any threats in that thread.

Apparently he threatened him via PM.

Now, it's just hearsay of course, because PMs can't be posted, but I don't see why he's got any reason to lie about it.

Who knows?

Plus, Scotty is the type to fly off the handle at the slightest provocation. It fits his (lack of) character.

Haboob 03-11-2015 12:53 PM

Not really the place for this discussion though.

dmhenderson 03-11-2015 01:28 PM

...and the slapfight continues. If Paypal is handling the dispute, you guys should probably just let them be the final arbiter and let it go. There's nothing to be gained by continuing to poop all over the forums. You've both stated your cases. Clearly, neither of you are going to back down right? Leave it up to the admins here and the paypal folks to resolve.

It shouldn't because you're giving me a m370 for only $298 when you know you can sell it for $400+. Being an *** and ruining my name is only going to bite you in the butt on this deal.

See yeah the 16th.

Hey man, I have no dog in this fight so take it or leave it - but for someone running a business, you're coming off as super hostile. Even giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming you had two really unusual USPS snafus in less than 4 months, the way you're reacting to these situations is what's souring people on you and not the disputes themselves.

Do you know it took me about 10 emails to explain to him in the very beginning about how a core exchanged worked?? It literally blows my mind he couldn't comprehend that you pay for the porting AND the parts! Then you get the part money back later after you return yours. But here we are, wants money before the returns are all here. Lol my brain hurts thinking about what's going through his head about all this.

If anyone's interested I'll PM my responces ONLY to you about how for a week I had to keep saying the same things over and over so he'd get how a core exchange works. I'm just tired of dealing with him! I just want it over with! The 16th literally can't come soon enough.

Because you own a business and are a forum sponsor and you shouldn't feel the need to degenerate into screaming matches with customers on public forums. It's a bad look, man. That's all I'm saying. You already said Paypal was handling it. Let them handle it.

There are plenty of other vendors here that utilize a "core swap" model.

Edit: Also "hostile", "responses". (I'm sorry I can't help it)

So I am dealing with paypal for the past week on this issue. Bought a fender from Raymondo510 and the packaging just dented it and scratched it up. I have been trying to work with him, but i think it all could have been avoided had he packaged better. Yes That is how i received it, exactly like that.

LMBmikeZ 03-11-2015 09:10 PM

That is some horrible packaging :shakes head:

hjo1078 03-11-2015 09:16 PM

Has the guy contacted u back about this?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Dragon_Ball_Z 03-11-2015 09:19 PM

Haven't texted/spoke since Saturday, that was him saying UPS is gonna come look at the package. I have been waiting ever since then. He said UPS will come look Monday and haven't heard a thing. He won't refund me unless UPS refunds him. I tried contacting him and getting no luck at all.

Dragon_Ball_Z 03-11-2015 09:24 PM

This thing was packaged in saran wrap too, thats kitchen saran wrap to seal it, not tape. There was absolutely no cushioning throughout the box.

Tadpole 03-11-2015 09:38 PM

Don't mean to make you feel bad but I would have refused it the minute I saw some ******** like that especially on a large fragile item. That's Horrible.

I tried, UPS guy told me that i have to pay for return shipping if i refuse it.

Tadpole 03-11-2015 09:46 PM

I think that's a crock too. If you refuse delivery you aren't obligated to pay anything especially damaged. He was feeding you a some bull cookies to get you to accept it

I'm going to inform them when they call me on how it was packaged. This is ridiculous.
