Once again, you just cannot stop. I don't even need to go back to your history to prove you were wrong. You sold a 350Z midlink as a 370Z part.

Your argument is that your ignorance allowed you to run it on your car so it should be fine on anyone else's car. That $hit don't fly. So what do you want me to prove? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? See ... I can repeat myself idiotically with no purpose as well.

From what I've seen on this site, your history is anything but fine.

I see several well-respected members pointing out how you are wrong. That's not a witch hunt.

And I've talked to you on a personal basis with the utmost respect. It doesn't matter is someone's well respected or not. I've never done wrong here and proved that. Just because someone's mad or feels wronged for something I didn't do that's not my fault nor is fare to take it out on me. I have proof vs their word and their feelings. Period. The brake pad guy for example. I offered him $155.98 shipped. He excepted and that was it. If he wanted to do an extra $100 for insurance on the package he should have spent the ONE DOLLAR on done so. It's not my fault he didn't renegotiate and do $156.98!!! That'd of covered his $6.98 shipping and the $150 he wanted for the parts. The part was lost! Not my fault! I did a claim and all I had to do. I've shown the box with the offical USPS stamp on it showing parts delivered with no contents. I've given the number and name of the person I did the claim with at the post office. I literally can't do anymore at this point. So yes it is a witch hunt cause no one wants to listen or see what I'm saying.

That is interesting. I do not see it that way but I suppose that is a matter of opinion.

Do you still have the 240Z?

Not sure what that has to do with the subject at hand but OK.

That comment speaks volumes about you.

As far as I can tell, nobody has proved anything. Which is exactly why respect and credibility are so important.

But that is not the only complaint I've seen about you. I generally take the occasional complaint with a grain of salt - feces occurs - but when the complaints start to pile up one has to wonder what's going on.

I'm listening. I think it's pretty crappy to ask for a refund after almost a year but it appears that you sold the wrong part to start with. What's "right" in this case? IMNSHO, buyer should have notified you MUCH sooner so Judge SouthArk says claim denied.

But it still doesn't excuse sending the wrong/mislabeled part. You may "win" this one but at what cost? ;)

You haven't proven $hit! Why should Binary not feel wronged that you sold him 350Z SPL midlinks under the guise of 370Z SPL midlinks?! And don't say because you ran autocross with them on your 370Z.

I was the one that got to purchase this pair of headlights. During this purchase Tim asked how I would like them shipped - I had asked for 2-3 air.

So he got a quote thru - UPS, and he gave me a coupe options The standard and 2-3 day air. I decided to take the 2-3 day option.

Well guess what - UPS came back and said they were wrong on the quote to ship 2-3 air would be another $100 - 150 more.

So Tim shipped Standard - he said he was going to refund me like $50 bucks.
I paid $182 in shipping charges - so when the box arrived. (Headlights were in ok shape a couple broken tabs and scratches, but hey they are used so what can I expect. I got a quote myself and the Standard UPS came to $92 - I let Tim know and he said he would refund me the difference, and that was 3 days ago - since then Tim has not responded to my text messages or a private message here.

So I would like to caution anyone that is looking to purchase anything from him. Timz or Tim Eister

There is a second guy filing a dispute as well.
