Yes once again a box where 7lbs of metal broke free with no packing inside confirmed by my post office with their stamp on it saying no contents. New Albany post office 614-855-7139, post master general is Tom, anyone want the claim number too? Anyone want to see my car or ask locals to come see my car and see oem pads still installed?

How with install, alignment, adjusters within spec, spring sitting 100% up and down once lowered and on the ground would I have know any different? What makes them wrong and why can I do autocross on them and they not be right? I'm not saying anyone is wrong here but I don't get what's wrong.

Were they advertised specifically as 370Z SPL midlinks when you purchased them? Did you know the forum member? It could have been some guy off my350Z.com trying to get rid of them quickly. But your lack of research into the used parts you purchase does NOT (I feel like I'm repeating myself :icon08:) give you the right to sell them as 370Z parts when they are in fact 350Z parts. You need to disclose that information in your sale or else you should disclose that you do not know that information. And it does not matter that you ran them on your car and thought they were fine. That is completely irrelevant.

I bought a box of Nilla Wafers at Safeway and when I returned home, I popped in a Star Trek (original series) DVD and settled in for some relaxation. I opened up the Nilla Wafers' inner bag and discovered they were quite stale. I was more than a little upset, as you have likely already surmised, but I decided to take my chances and return them to the store.

Do not worry as the story has a happy ending. The person at Safeway's customer service counter allowed me to get a new box and even open it up right there to allow e to validate the wafer's' freshness. They were nice and crisp. Whew!!!

At the end of the day I was able to enjoy some Star Trek as well as Nilla Wafers.

I hope this helps illustrate the underlying issues of customer service that seem to pervade this thread.

By the way -- you are in the wrong and should just make it right with the buyer. Your history is not helping you either. Maybe you can move to another country or something.

Yes, I'm sure Google will find the post or in my email from 1.5 years ago when I bought. It's been so long but I'm sure he's still active, I'll have to dig.

My history is fine. I've never done any wrong and I prove it every time but the normal 4-5 of you never listen. You just wanna bash and witch hunt. That's on you, not me.

You're only still a member here because you're paying $600 a year. If you weren't you'd be long gone.

Fact.

You need to check yourself. I am not bashing at all. I am pointing out facts that one can easily verify I do not engage in witch hunts or conjecture -- only truth.

As far as my Nilla Wafer anecdote goes, it was a significant event for me and it was emotionally hard for me to share it here. I did so with no other purpose or motivation than to help you, plain and simple.

Why do you think he scams people? He's got to get the $600 somehow and getting it one blowjob at a time would take too long.

The only thing(s) I feel compelled to prove wrong right now is/are your syntax, grammar and punctuation. It's like shooting fish in a barrel.
