He didn't win anything. PayPal gave u what u ask, cause they sent the case email to the wrong email address. And after 10days they close the case. And no I didn't ship the wheels like that. That was a ups error. Which was covered in my ups insurance.

So it was a communication error. Sent it to wrong email address which is not my fault since you had the email address I PayPaled you from. Your claim that I am a bad seller and bad buyer still has no merit.

You didn't ship the wheels like that but you did ship them with subpar packaging which is why they were damaged in shipment. The packaging was flimsy and could not reasonably be expected to make it across the country. Not to mention you put 2 wheels in each box. In the end, I paid for perfect wheels and I did not get perfect wheels so i filed a claim with PayPal. It got resolved, so this issue is done and over with.

Hold on, did you received the wheels from mega-z without any protective cushion on the wheel lips? from the pictures the wheel were simply placed inside the box without any buffer :eek:

This is how they were sitting when I pulled up to the house. I walked closer and noticed the boxes were torn along the bottom seams. He basically took 2 wheel boxes and taped them together, while throwing 2 wheels in each box with a piece of cardboard in the middle. Obviously such a flimsy box won't be able to contain 42lbs of metal...

So you're saying UPS repackaged the wheels this way? Still doesn't make Choi a bad seller or buyer. He received damaged goods, reached out to you and no response so he followed the normal process filed a claim with paypal, you didn't respond to the claims so pp awarded him a partial refund. If anything, potential buyers should be wary of you to avoid getting stuck like Choi. I think you just exposed yourself mega-z.

Sorry to hear about choi's experience. Plus never thought Synolimit reputation is tainted over here. I even recommended him for his work in port and polishing manifolds. I guess I need to read more down the fine prints.
