Not that I defending the guy, but sometimes it works in reverse. Buyers back out because they get a better deal.

People just have no integrity now days.

Yeah that's what happened. I would've appreciated the chance to match the offer, or even the truth but got neither. Also had to harass him for a refund because he claimed he didn't have access to Internet while uploading pics to social media and posting on the g forums....

But good on you cooltoy. Wish all sellers were like you.

Transactions fall through all the time. All about being upfront and honest. If you think it would be best to back out, say so and state your reasons but not lie or make something up. At least give the other person a chance to compete for the item whether to lower/raise the price depending on whose side you are on or even cover shipping, etc.

Agreed.

Lol make an offer for his ce28 and I bet you he'll take it if it's more than the offer he has.

NoirG 09-24-2014 01:47 PM

I just to share my experience with him I'm not saying he's bad or something but I don't feel comfortable at all to do the trade.

09/08/2014

-He texted me if my work wheels still available and ask if they clear akebono brakes or no.

-I said yes and I'll find time to test fit them.

09/13/2014

-I told him wheels will clear akebono brakes after I tested fit them then we talked about his current wheels which is GT30 for a bit.

-He offered me to trade wheels but I told him too bad you are not local since I love the look of GT30.

-He said we can do shipping but his car is daily driven plus my work wheels already off the car I could ship them to him then He'll shipped his back to me.

-I asked him how should we do it then he told me to get tires remove so it will be cheaper on shipping. I pay for my shipping he'll pay for his.

-I said then I'll need the deposit I'm not going to ship my wheels out for nothing then when he's going to ship his out I'll give money back to him.

-He siad I can trust him. He's well known photographer in Las Vegas plus he's a good friend with owner of very popular user on IG he could vouch for him. He said he has no reason to **** me over because his reputation is too high to get damage also his car was featured on local car magazine as well.

-I said I have over 50 trader score on myg37 too I can get well known member to vouch for me but I still don't feel comfortable with this deal.

-He asked what if I screwed him and won't return the money. I said then you got my wheels.

09/14/2014

-He asked me how soon can I ship out also asked for more details about my wheels.

-He said my set have more damages than his so He wants a bit of cash on top to get them fixed. I said no problem then we agreed on the number.

-I told him I still need the deposit if he wants to trade. He asked me how much so I told him the number then when he's going to ship out his set I'll put more money on top.

-I said I can shipped them out on tuesday it's my day off but he said he doesn't feel comfortable about this deal yet. He'll think about it.

Having a ridiculous time with an item sold to SYNOLIMIT......
sold him a set of pads and shipped them to him per his instructions, his instructions were to ship via usps small box priority.
i immediately shipped the pads and then sent him these photos as proof,
http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g1...ps0a031b4d.jpg
http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g1...psfaefa25c.jpg
notice on the receipt it says , 4lbs 7oz.
i then get a message from him stating that the pads never arrived and that this was all he recieved,
http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g1...ps51a15d50.jpg
so i go and track the item because scott mentioned no record from the post office delivering and sure enough it was delivered,
http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g1...psbccbbdcc.png
those pads were accepted and weighed at the post office.I HIGHLY DOUBT any postal worker would deliver an empty box and go out of their way to get a single piece of scotch tape to tape it up... Those pads were accepted and then i got that bs picture. I'm certain those pads were never lost.....
so immediately he files with paypal for a refund. locking my account up. in my original post i listed the pads (xp10's) for $150 + shipping and all that i received from SYNOLIMIT was $155.95. he put up no money for extra insurance. flat rate shipping only comes with $50 of insurance. i get that i should have covered my ***, but as a seller that didnt take 3% for pp fees and asked the buyer to pay for shipping , should i have to come out of pocket again if the buyer is being cheap? i will never do business with this member and strongly advise for you guys to make everything clear with this guy. i thought he was a stand up guy before but not so much anymore.

Nah, he's always been a scumbag. Anyone who has any dealings with him needs to watch their back.

Isn't it not cool to post PMs on this forum? Not a complaint but I think I've seen others get in a bit of trouble over that.

This is why I always put it in writing that if someone buys something from me, they either A) Pay for insurance themselves or B) Accept responsibility if the shipment is damaged or goes missing. That way you can show paypal if he tries to dispute the charge later on.

It is uncool and a violation of forum rules.

I think in a case like this it it's necessary. It shows that he followed the buyer's instructions to the letter.
