Scam Warning Thread / Bad experience with a member / bad or no shipment

From the open box pic...it looks like somebody stole it (if it was stolen), also not sure if its the same box because of the "tracked and insured" print on the box, maybe the back side has it??....anyways he shouldn't have gone after you since you did send them with the shipping he picked, you prove and showed that you sent it and it was deliver. You should show paypal the pictures of the item sent so they know you didn't scam anybody, there are only two explanations: stolen by someone or he's the one trying to get free pads

I'm not making any accusations just giving a third party opinion on how I see it. If you are not at fault (which it looks like it) I will definitely fight it because it will affect you in future transactions and maybe your credit. GL

I was briefly looking to purchase 1 of 2 items someone was selling, with synolimit looking to buy the other item since the seller didn't want to split them. His items (brake pads) were new and he was pretty unreasonable about a very reasonable price. He wanted them at less than cost including shipping, meaning my used item would have been nearly the price of a new one and then more for shipping. I bowed out of that one very quickly and will definitely be staying away from synolimit as both a buyer and seller. Opening a PayPal dispute instead of refusing the package in that condition is evidence IMO of him trying to screw over a fellow forum member.

FWIW, I purchased wheels and tires from guru less than a month ago. He was very up front about their condition, and the transaction went off without issue. I would definitely purchase from guru again.

Please explain to me then how I successfully filed and won a PayPal claim against you. This is how you shipped the wheels to me. Obviously they would be damaged in transit and you were not responsive to the dispute so I had no choice to escalate it to a claim. I received no emails or calls from you.

Also, I'm not sure how I am a bad seller. I am not advertising these wheels as mint with no scratches, as you did. I am disclosing the exact condition of the wheels and am more than willing to provide additional photos to anyone who requests them. So please keep unfounded claims off of my for sale thread.
