Open Diff, Quaife and 4.08

This is a manual open diff so all the parts inside, including the Quaife match. You can buy a Quaife for an automatic, but you can't upgrade the gears. To get the gear upgrade you have to swap the auto pumpkin with a manual pumpkin. They are a direct swap, but only if both are open.
