No real info yet.
TRD might offer a SC aftermarket and the STi version right now does not have a turbo. Though what we do know is Subaru has said a turbo motor is being put into a production car for the 2013 year, not the 86 though.

IF fi were to happen for these cars thru the oem, then, yes, that seems to be the consensus on how it would go.
