I think Subaru will release an STI version of the BRZ that has upgraded brakes + suspension goodies, and then a "Spec B" or something that will have a turbo and probably be priced around 35k.
This might seem expensive, but it would probably be marketed as a limited run car -- and it would also most likely have extra interior goodies bits as well.

STi ain't an STi without turbo.. Subaru would disappointment millions of enthusiasts by trying to sell a non turbo STi.. Sacrilegious, and a slap in the face to Suby fans.
The WRX arrived in 01, and the STi followed 2 years later. Expect a repeat for the introduction of the BRZ.
BTW.. I would much rather own a supercharged vehicle for the sake of throttle response, but I'm certain Subaru won't just slap on the turbo and cooler like Toyota can with a supercharger.. STi trim has always come with a beefed up chassis and engine.
