I can dig that pricing.

Toyota is said to be working on a supercharger that will increase power to.... 250.

250hp at that weight is pretty good.

Rumors are all over the place with this car. Id rather have a 200hp car that weighs 2600 lbs than a 250hp car that weighs a tad less than 3000 lbs. Are official japanese curb weights out yet?

2700lbs and 250hp would be great. 300hp at that weight would be awesome.

I don't know how much power exactly I'd want from a car like this. I think 250ish is close to the sweet spot for a sub 2700-lb weight street car. Maybe pushing it on up to 300. I certainly wouldn't want to overpower the chassis, and would not want to have to be concerned with losing traction at WOT in low gears. Just something fun and very toss-able on back road drives, while still maintaining some efficiency and practicality for daily use.

250hp probably is the sweet spot for a this car, BUT think how much fun 300hp would be on track with r comps and the suspension setup to handle it??

Plus, this is 'merica, more hp is ALWAYS better.

When you could fit a flat-6 engine from a posche and an oversize bonnet of the hood. :happydance:

/\ not digging that wing, BUT I suppose as long as it's functional and not just for looks...

scionide 12-04-2011 01:31 AM

block the front, with that wing on the back reminds me of the last gen celica = =

m4a1mustang 12-04-2011 08:25 AM

Yeah that wing looks ridiculous. Less is more for this car, IMO.
