I do love my competition seats, with seat warmers and cooler. The heads up display is frikin awesome. The PDR is damn good and really helped me understand where I can improve.

Im not gonna pretend that im even close to being good enough to where the weight will matter for the way I drive the car on the track. And even if i get to that point, suspension tuning, wheels, etc will help more initially than weight. It makes zero difference when off the track, and so unless Unknown is a badass race car driver and tracks the car at least 50% of its life, the whole arguement of weight and less is more, does not really pertain to us.

It's not like you'd be buying any of these car to start with if a "true" sports car was the end goal. The Z looks like a tank next to an S2000, which is a pig next to an Atom.

yup. The Truest form of a sports car I think you can buy is a Gt3 RS. funny though thats it not the fastest 911 though.

GT3RS is a racecar????? lol It has a race mode. The GTS is a sports car. A Cayman S is a sports car, A Z is a sports car an S2000 is out of production

3.2 secondds to 60 makes the RS the FASTEST NA Porsche

By the way. 100Mustang GT350's and 37 GT350R's for production. Sooo the masses seeing the GT350 is out.

Man you must have some serious comprehension issues.

closest race car we can get is a C7R (not the factory ordered stickered z06 version). boss 302 R, etc etc.

I'm confused (hence the ??????)ur calling it a sports car. As it is stripped out with no door handles and all racing bits. THE RS IS A RACECAR. READ the whole thing I gave examples of Porsche sports cars. You have comprehension issues.

18 way power seats (optional)
heated and electronically controlled side mirrors
navigation and audio upgrades (optional)
heck it has homelink standard!
as is a luggage net?
Regular seat belts.. not any form of harness.

Doesnt sound like a racecar to me. Sounds like a sports car.

The STANDARD SEATING IS A Full on bucket seat that is POWERLESS with HARNESS SLOTS, you can add the sport seat and only has one seat option after the standard bucket. Everything the RS is designed for is track duty and it street liveable. Thats a street legal race car. The GT3 is a sports car.
RS is more focused still. Go to your porsche site and check standard seats for the GT3RS.

Porsche adds the nav for the dumd arses who want a race car to drive on the street and not on the track... Cuz there are so many that do. If a dumbass rich dude wants nav in a 175,000 race car. you give it to him. Besides the only reason there's NAV on a GT3RS is because all the performance stat programs work via GPS satellite.
