Thoughts on 09 WRX?

My brother in law had a '09 WRX and within the first 8,000 miles the engine blew up and had to be replaced. Yeah you have to pay attention to

Yeah you have to pay attention to the build dates. Don't buy one with a build date before OCT2008. After that they fixed the issue and there haven't been any problems.
