Still, if under warranty, actually tested for the vehicle, and performs as promised, I can live with that.

I don't know about that. Ford uses a lot of private label stuff in their FRPP line that isn't sold at a premium. Eibach makes their springs and sway bars, for example, and they are cheaper than the Eibach branded stuff... so the NISMO stuff might not necessarily be a ripoff.
