I just wanted to say how unreal the feeling is to see people talking about Watts linkages on a performance car in the year 2012. Perhaps the next gen Mustang will have people discussing which carburettor to maximize horsepower

This has been an exciting day for you! First you learn about toe and then you learn what a Watts Link is! Thank goodness for Wikipedia!

Not exactly. Learned about toe in human anatomy class. And learned about Watts links while reading about the "history" of suspension design.

Trollolol?

It'd honestly be funny if you didn't make yourself look like an ignorant fool back in the Corvette thread when you simultaneously declared the 370Z a better handler than the Corvette while admitting that the 370Z was indeed the ONLY RWD CAR THAT YOU HAD EVER DRIVEN.

But that's ok... whatever makes you happy.

It'd be funny if you actually didn't put words in my mouth and read what I said instead.

But hey, whatever floats your boat

I'm pretty sure we covered this in that thread and whenever you were called out you ignored it.

Crazy, right? Maybe you can troll the corvette thread about how much better they could be with an overhead cam.

So? It's not like there's any debate around it. A ferrari with a 4.5 litre puts out more power than a corvette 7 litres.

Fantastic straight-across comparison. Did you know a cayman s is also faster than a z around most tracks? And a Bugatti veyron has a higher top speed?

You're just on a roll! Once you finish reading the wiki article on toe, we can start discussing camber. Next week we can cover those topics under what are known as "dynamic" conditions.

Professor, I am going to audit this class.

Seriously I wish my university had a class that would meld the materials science and physics together to make a class like that.
