I dig it. I always said I don’t care if JCPenny puts a sports car on the market, at least SOMEONE is creating them.

The positive out of this can be taken from something new being done. If Nissan decides to do 'something new', we can expect it to be good. I doubt they'll ever to a collaboration project, and if they keep it pure it may be something really nice... who knows. But I agree, more sports cars is better than not, no matter who makes them.

Nissan already did a collaboration with the Titan with Dodge. Infiniti QX30 and the Mercedes Gla 250.
Nissan and Mazda with the Altima 4 cylinder
I'm sure they're not allergic to collaboration.

Saw this at the NY Auto Show and it looks great but seeing it in person it's just too concept carish to ever see anything close to it in production. The whole front would have to change to put in a practical suspension.
