The back looks like a 70's camaro. Crazy!

sunkist350z 03-28-2018 10:40 PM

Ewww...looks like a rip off design of the Mazda RX-Vision concept..Hyundai to me will always be the car industry imitators and never the innovators.

You can’t out run Hideous, worst resale on the vehicle market right next to Kia,overpriced POS,fall apart, and unreliable.:barf::thumbsdown::shakes head::rolleyes:

Hideous and Imitators is correct. Nothing innovative here. Next...

At least they're making a NEW sports car.

Mazda concept been around forever. Where's the car?

Nissan???? Lmfao

Mitsubishi. They don't even have an active rumor.

Subaru? Afraid to go past 205hp

Whose doing anything on their own without collabo's?

Hyundai.

I'm sure my camaro resale value isn't anything to write home about. N looks are subjective. But I'd take the track challenge on most **** out there...

My point is... We need sports cars. Ugly or not

N Hyundai got balls for creating.

An acquaintance at the track last week after only two runs in his 2017 Hyundai Genesis G90 5.0L V8 his 02 sensor failed, cylinder head gasket blew, and poped his engine. Hyundai’s reliability and dependability was always questionable.

While i believe Hyundai's motor should have more durability for sure. Isn't the G90, the equivalent of the equus??? Who goes to track day with an Equus??? I don't think the equus was designed with the type of cooling and reinforcement to run track. I think some people hear V8 and get a lil overzealous.

From a FACTUAL standpoint.

Kia Ranked #3 in 2017
Hyundai ranked #10

https://www.consumerreports.org/car-...they-stack-up/

So both brands are in the top 10 for reliability. When I bought my Z, Nissan ranked #11. Nissan is still #11... Never had a problem with my Z. Yet troll the forums and you will find complaints out the wazoo... Is the Z an unreliable car???

Zbrah 04-06-2018 04:05 PM

Who takes a g90 to the track?! Lol

I like it!! With vehicles like the Kia Stinger it's nice to see someone doing something in the touring/sports car game!! Have to hand it to them.

Nixin 04-06-2018 04:30 PM

Korean cars are like Korean food and Korean woman, all great for the short term. Longevity is not in their lexicon.

This just rings true...we all know that the vehicle game is evolving into something completely different but it is great to see another company offering something different. At the end of the day the only sports style cars that will be left are Camaros and Mustangs (which I find absolutely nothing wrong with) I like the variety. Realistically what's next for us Nissan fans? The GTR? The newest infiniti...now that's the question we should ask ourselves lol

you have a point

why does it feel so natural to cringe or feel disgust when I look at Hyundai though. Aside from the fact that my wife bought a new 2013 and it had so many issues, ended up being a "lemon". Bad taste in my mouth maybe.

I dig it. I always said I don’t care if JCPenny puts a sports car on the market, at least SOMEONE is creating them.
