At this point Nissan might as well be making resto mod 240z’s they’ve been producing the 370 so long. The gtr isn’t far behind but at least they’ve continually improved it, but it’s showing it’s age.

Agreed on th Alfa. The gulia quadrofolio is awesome, so I have high hopes.
I'm in full agreement - the best stuff Nissan builds is the oldest stuff. Z, Frontier, GT-R.

I'm to the point where I'm happy to have them continue producing them as-is. They're more likely to completely **** it up than improve it.

Look at the Nissan Kicks? As if you didn't think a Juke could possibly get any worse, Nissan is like "hold my pumpkin spice latte."

Nissan is committed to not building cars but rather appliances. They are a mobility co. at this point, not a car company as we enthusiasts would define it. Obviously toaster ovens on wheels with all the latest tech bullsh1t is what will keep auto companies viable, but look at the company’s that still love cars in their dna, they are making killer cars right now.

The following auto manufacturers who still haven’t voluntarily castrated themselves as follows:

Audi: expanding RS models for each vehicle in their lineup, and bringing them here. Company backed racing teams and support private teams as well.

Chevy: company backed racing etc, Z-L1, vette, etc.

Mercedes: AMG, nuff said.

Ford: barely, but still at least committed to mustang. Raptor also.

Dodge: these fvcking guys, basically gave a big fvck you to everyone with the demon, one trick pony but god bless them for making it. the wrangler too.

Porsche: no explanation needed.

Mazda: again barely but the Miata is the most raced/tracked car in the world and they always improve it every generation.

Honda: not really, but the type r deserves an honorable mention.

I had to add a couple things to your post:

R8, even if expensive

Chevy: company backed racing etc, Z-L1, vette, etc. The Camaro SS is a pretty damn solid car for the money.

Mercedes: AMG, nuff said.

Ford: barely, but still at least committed to mustang. GT-350? and soon to come GT-500 Raptor also. The GT itself is pretty nuts.

As does the NSX.
