The prices for the houses are going up and up...
I've lived and went to high school near Cupertino... I would say if you have a chance live in Sunnyvale/Cupertino/Mountain View (best schools to resident price ratio)... i mean drive near those areas and you'll see what i mean... Also there are quite a few apartments in Palo Alto area that are near Palo Alto School district that has Stanford professors come out and teach some of the classes... just heads up... Also commute from San Jose to Mountain View between 7:30 am to 9:30 (15 miles... is about 40 minutes @ 15/20 mph on 101 North)... that's my daily commute... so i'm speaking from experience... hit me up if you need more opinion or help |
