Hey OP! I would stay away from Wheel Techniques. I've had some work done from their guys a couple of years ago and I was not pleased with the results.

Hey OP! I would stay away from Wheel Techniques. I've had some work done from their guys a couple of years ago and I was not pleased with the results. The customer service was even worse.
A couple of places that powder coat in the Bay Area: RMS Wheels California Wheels (awesome guys, very helpful)
