Recommended dealers in Nyc area

Hey guys i live in the bronx in nyc and i plan on purchasing a used 370 sometime between january and march of 2012. I have three nissan dealers in the immediate area which i can and will go to when i start my shopping but my question to you is do u guys recommend any dealership in the nyc area based on good deals and ur overall experience with them?

I think Koepell Nissan is a sponsor, and read good things... Smithtown Nissan was a good dealership i felt (though I didn't buy a new car from them, just service), they have a relationship with performance motorsport/autobody shops that are their neighbors.

I bought my Z from a place I wouldn't recommend, and my Maxima 10 years ago from another place I'd say avoid. I've honestly only had negative experiences with Nissan dealerships buying new, and would say to even consider buying private party... You should shop around, and test drive a few vehicles, you can tell a whole lot from dealer based on how they treat you walking in, and how honest they are with you.

Ive heard koepell mentioned a few times. I know they had a nice 2009 370z in montery blue for not a bad price a little while ago.

If your in the bronx I think I know the dealers you are referring to..I personaly didnt like the sales team @ PREMIUM NISSAN. Arrogant bunch. Especially that big bald guy.. They were not very friendly people to speak to. But the service dept is OK. Now the sales team @ Teddy Nissan were much more friendly and seemed more willing to work with you, but I have not used there service dept for anything yet.

I'm in the Bx too. I picked my car up from Koeppel, good guys to deal with.

Not sure about service for dealers in the area though. I know Teddy sold a couple GTRs last year, so I would think (hope) their service department is good.

+1 for Smithtown just because of PM. They won't BS you on warranty issues because of mods (so I hear).

Ive been to teddy a few times. I didnt like the way they just kinda brushed me off because i told them im not ready to buy right away.

Everytime I drive by there I see hooked up Z's in the service area. Some of them are actually really ugly, no joke.
Anyways Smithtown Nissan was a dealership that did not take me seriously and did not let me test drive a Z which they had like 5 of. They wasted my time.

I wad actually leaning towards premium. One of my good freinds purchased about 3 vehicles from there over the years. I was also leaning towards new rochelle as well because my girl's uncle is the shop foreman over there. =) could come in handy in the future and maybe he could hook me up with a discount

Legend Nissan. Ask for Glen, he's the Sales and Floor Manager - if you'd like, mention my name. One of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I bought my 350Z from him, and my 370Z. My friends and family have gotten Altimas, Rogues, and Muranos. They are always willing to make a solid deal.

Hi all, I know this is not in the Bx... but I was by the Nissan of Queens on rockaway blvd.. & they have a brand new ..(well less than 100 miles) 2010 gun metallic grey 370z (6m) that has been sitting in the showroom since when they first arrived & the sales guy asked me if I knew anyone who might be intereted cuz they practically giving it away now..
