Red Z on Northern Boulevard in Clarks Summit headed toward Scranton on Feb 14th between 9:30 and 10:00 pm. Passed you on the right (why were you going so slllooooowww? ). Meant to flash my rear fog light at you but decided a small blast of Fast Intentions was a better hello
