This is a feedback thread and I'm just providing the forums with my experience. I'm being as honest and biased as I can be. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience and hopefully it will be worked out so we can all put this behind us. VTR and I are discussing the issue and we're trying to come up with solutions. I'll keep you guys updated. I can't wait for this headache to finally be over.
