I just had all 4 of my stock 19" rays powdercoated gloss black for $580 - that's including tires mounted & balanced and put back in the car. They did a great job! USA Wheels in Fairfield, NJ. They get CRAZY busy though, so call ahead. I also heard good things about Liquid Powdercoating in PA.
