Squeaky Seat Belt Should Extension/Support

My seat belt extender/support squeaks every time I drive the car. Most squeaking comes during driving when I make very minor upper body movements. Any one else have this problem?

Most squeaking comes during driving when I make very minor upper body movements. Any one else have this problem? Any ideas on a resolution?
