Air motor clicking when go from fresh air to recirclate?

It turns out the clicking problem behind the dash is caused by the change from fresh air to recirclate. WHen I recirculate, the motor would just click in the background.

It turns out the clicking problem behind the dash is caused by the change from fresh air to recirclate. WHen I recirculate, the motor would just click in the background. Anyone have an idea as to where that part is so I can peek to see what happened to it. Thanks
