Air motor clicking when go from fresh air to recirclate?

It turns out the clicking problem behind the dash is caused by the change from fresh air to recirclate. WHen I recirculate, the motor would just click in the background. Anyone have an idea as to where that part is so I can peek to see what happened to it.

I noticed this too the other day when driving around. Except mine made the noise when I turned on the A/C. Not too sure if its of any concern or not. IMO I don't think its that big of an issue. I only hear it when I'm at idle.
