passenger window catching on top

Anyone else notice this, open door and the 1/4 drop the window does automaticly does not clear the weather strip on the top? Took mine to the dealer to have

Took mine to the dealer to have it checked and there telling me its normal operation. . Drivers side is fine and clears but the passenger side hangs.
