Greets I am swapping out the leather shifter for one that looks better. Mine is looking a bit ratty. Does anyone know if there is any kind of set screw

Mine is looking a bit ratty. Does anyone know if there is any kind of set screw or the like, or maybe some kind of glue holding it on? I can't budge mine so far and before I go and clamp something on it I just want to be sure I don't turn a small job into a bigger one. Thanks for looking
