If he's looking at the one located in Milwaukee, WI, it's a 2009 touring sport and nav, 28k mi For $26k, sounds pretty good to me. From the pics it's a very clean car, car fax is clean, 2 previous owners and no prior accident reported.

I'm on carmax and auto trader every night =]

That's NOT that great of a deal... OP can buy MINE, same package/color but 7AT for $26k and he can have the option of buying my Nissan factory bumper to bumper warranty 7yr-120k miles.
Oh, and my car is at 34k miles

OP, and ZBrah, I would NEVER, EVER sell my POS car to anyone I knew, trade it in, maybe... But I can't give my headache to anyone else...

And OP, you must not be looking at KBB correctly. You should be looking at the trade in value, and pay according to that
