So I've decided not to get the Nismo but found a fully loaded 2011 370Z (sport/touring/NAV) for $31K with 11K miles. Is this a good deal? The car is out

Is this a good deal? The car is out of state but I'm willing to have it shipped (and pay the shipping cost which shouldn't be more than $1K).
