I've tried State Farm, Geico, Progressive (I am with them now, and have been for over 2 years), and finally All State. I don't mind paying a little more if I can get a hold of an insurance adjuster should I need to. I wouldn't feel safe using someone like eSurance, etc. If I go with All State, they are well known, and have a few dozen offices in the city. I'll look at Mercury though. I'll look into anything at least once.
