I was going to use the car buying service but ended up negotiating a price lower than what I would get through USAA. USAA also couldn't match Penfed's 3.99% financing.

I was going to use the car buying service but ended up negotiating a price lower than what I would get through USAA. USAA also couldn't match Penfed's 3.99% financing. Their insurance rocks, though.
