Captain Brian,
I would certainly recommend you speak directly with the owner of the dealership. I also suggest that you do it in person in your uniform. I would bring up the fact that the military as a whole is very tight knit community and you will make it a point to inform your fellow servicemen and women that their dealership is not friendly to military personnel and you suggest they take their business elsewhere. Both my parents served 20+ and have never hesitated to use their influence to right a wrong. You deserve better, your wife deserves better. Congratulations on your new ride. |
