The $38,xxx price seems alright to me. I agree that when the slightly used price is so close to the new price, better to get the new one. You should try Deland Nissan's Internet Sales dept. Ask for Rigo or Ken. I've purchased quite a few Z etc from those guys there and they're very fair.
