Advice on this offer!!

Start over. Invoice on that car is around 40K. They are offering 37,700 after your trade. How much did they offer for your trade?

Start over.

Invoice on that car is around 40K.

They are offering 37,700 after your trade. How much did they offer for your trade?

37,700 - trade in = 31,200 + TTL = $34,000ish
this was my understanding of the deal, which i think is a good deal

Duh. Yup. Forgot the OP was talking about OTD cost.

Seems like a high TTL to bring the car up to 34,000OTD, but NY tax rates are likely higher than here in TX.

^^Exactly what is said here. 37,700 before trade(40,000 invoice). 31,200 after trade then add TTL comes to 34,000. That is the deal. Car just arrived at dealer. Should be going tomorrow to check it out.
