What's up with the prices on untitled, <20 mile, 2009 370z's?

Thanks, in my lurking I looked over those...I worked with a few dealers last year on my G8 and got an excellent deal on mine. I just don't get how so many people can get good deals on these vehicles when asking multiple dealers with numerous Z's on their lots they seemingly wont stray anywhere from MSRP.

I looked at the deal thread and it seems that everyone who's doing deals is out of state and I don't know anything about an out of state car buying experience..on top of where to take it for routine maintenance and whatnot. I certainly don't want to drive 100 miles to get my oil changed or to get my cabin filter replaced.
