Lol I have neither. I shooting with a Nikon D5100 which is a good beginner camera, but all I'm using is the stock lens and a tripod I got on Craigslist for $15. As for the skills, the guys on the DSLR thread have given me a lot of advice and I go on the Nikonites forum for more info and tips. The rest is just good ole experimenting
