Shops can't install parts you ordered?

Back in LA the shop I went to did whatever I wanted them too. Didn't matter who ordered what part. Z clinic is a little bit far for me. I'm in south austin, but if anyone knows a place that likes to make money and work on cars, like a normal business would, feel free to chime in as well
