I'm glad to say that Fly1 (Lohit) took care of me with an instant over night air replacement, which is due to arrive tomorrow.
Both me and him did some yelling in the direction of UPS and he should be reimbursed for the lost product and extra expenses of getting it to me overnight. All in all, hopefully there will be a happy ending.
