Honda was working on a s2k successor but I guess thats a false rumor as well since they haven't said anything. The only vehicles I am looking forward to now is the new mazda thats being unveiled on Wednesday, And the new EVO X SAM with more power sometime next year.
What is Mazda supposed to be unveiling? Not like I would buy it since I hate all mazda products except the rx7.....

They won't look like each other, they will share many things under the skin.

A car company does not place its bets on sports cars. Only Porsche, Lambo, Ferrari, and the like do that....Well, Porsche does SUVs too. But regular car companies cannot afford to invest all its resources and time into the engineering, testing, R&D etc. to build an affordable line of sports cars. Nissan and the other Japanese cars did in the late 80s to mid 90s, and they paid for it (how ever you want to interpret that).

Everything is going to be either hybrid or full electric. That is the near future.

Don't think it's going to have AWD, and if it does Mazda may have caught my attention. Ahh, wait I forgot they have 4 cylinder. I just don't value and car with a 4 cylinder a sports car. I know that makes me ignorant but after you ride in a twin turbod v8, a 4 cylinder just doesn't feel right

Well when I think of a sports car I think overall. Power, handling, and styling. The Zs have always outclassed everything in my opinion. The 370z isn't the fastest, it doesn't handle the best but god damn is it beautiful. It's also not the slowest and it can handle itself quite good. It's the best looking car on the market with decent power and decent handling with infinite potential. It wins my vote generation after generation.
