Twin turbo kit for $1,200

Not sure where to place this thread since I'm new. Was searching for twin turbo kits and founds this vendor selling a twin turbo kit for $1,200. Here is the link for reference on eBay, TinyURL.com - shorten that long URL into a tiny URL. The vendor is named "karobskollection" with 98.4% postitve feedback from 5,173 orders allegedly processed. Has anyone ever heard or this vendor? I think this is too good to be true.

Wow. I'm only going to make one statement. It's going to cost you 10-15k to properly turbo your Z. Anyone is welcome to deny it but everyone that has taken the plung and actually done it is going to come back with this
