And I cut the heck out of my right hand installing it. Bled like a mofo! Pro-tip: book a chiropractor visit for when you're done!

And those last two, cutting hands and chiropractors, I didn't want to hear that. LOL

No thanks. I have a weak stomach for such things.

Default felt pretty much the same as rock clutch to me. I'm going to try adjusting it back that way and see how it feels after a few miles with the setup. |

or you could do it my way and find out afterwards you should have done it first.... luckily I'm local to Ryan and gave him a shout and he recommended a screwdriver to help break loos the nuts. Oh and if I had to install the RJM again... I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I'm pretty damn petite but I did not enjoy the contorting around even with two towels down and foam pad for the knees. ![]() Anyways enjoy!!! my setting is 50% and I love it. Much smoother manual rev matching and smoother n-1 1-2 shifts with a lot less effort.

The best tip I have is to set up something next to the driver side that is just about door sill height (I use an old wooden file cabinet turned on its side - it is pretty sturdy). Add blankets and pillows to provide cushioning for you and to protect the car's paint. This will make it much more tolerable working on your back down in the footwell. If you start to feel cramped or are just uncomfortable, spend your time down there in short 5-10 min sessions. I found that the better the cushioning, the easier it is to spend longer periods down there.

More great tips. Thanks! So no need to put the car up on ramps I guess. Sounds like that would make things more difficult.
