Got the car out of the garage yesterday. First start was kind off rough, but she came alive. Changed the oil and filter, and let her rip. Had the window open so I could hear the beautiful Fast Intentions melody.

After that you stick with most of it and have occasional days where you eat things you used to like (pizza, sweets, pasta, etc.). On vacation I just came back from, we went to three buffets in two weeks (did not go crazy on carbs, but had a lot of cakes and pastries), but despite that and due to increased metabolism and lots of walking, still managed to loose a couple of pounds.

Dad's suv is in the shop for running rear tires down to the wire...
He asked if he could take the Z and then asked how to shift it into reverse. He's now driving my beater Focus for the remainder of the days his car is in the shop.
