Went to give the Z a hug, she's been in heated storage since December. Told her that I saw two skunks this morning that have come out of hibernation a lil' early.
She was impressed, but knows here in new
england she will keep sleeping till april.

started modifying the Nismo bumper a little bit. Can't say I cared too much for the plastic grille that was molded into the bumper

checked the trickle last night. it's still on! well green? uhh it's doing its thang.

plan list for this spring

- CSC/MSC swap + oil change
- tune
- oil change before zdayz
- zdayz
- new tires after zdayz and oil change
- put back into storage because it'll be winter again

Just took the Z out of hibernation. Man I missed this car and driving manual :excited:

Got A few parts in today; so I began disassembly of open diff & I know it's been a while since I removed a carrier.....looking for a bolt that holds the cross pin in & found a roll pin instead/ ok.....punched it out & now (scratching my head) am wondering if ring gear bolts have to come loose to slide cross pin out?? Stub axles have to come out before carrier does?

It's evo-r and it's just a thin layer of carbon on top . It's actually not bad quality and the patterns are great . It's a good price for what you get but be carful of the stereo one it's very thin and bends very easily . I have their windows switches as well . So it's a good buy for a quick and easy carbon look inside :)

so I took the car out for a quick spin yesterday.

I seem to have piqued the interest of a neighbor few doors down who has a G and he ripped it around the block a few times.

I guess sitting in first revving up to 5k on the way back was a cat call for him ahahha

Got areal nice compliment yesterday. Business man type guy, in a company car, rolled down his window and ask me if this is a factory color. I told him yes, Black Cherry. He says "gorgeous! And a gorgeous car!".

Changed out my front rotors and brake pads this weekend for stoptech slotted rotors and stoptech brake pads....just have to say, holy hell what a difference in brake pedal feel and stopping power! Lol

did a quick look over last night of the car make sure everything is back into place. oh and started to inquire my local tuners if they offer ecutek.

it went from 57 to 14 from sunday afternoon to this morning. like wtf.
