Back in 2010 nismo with a few options was 37k invoice. Was only 5k over a base+sport.

imo, throw the new seats and headlights into a 2014 and you have the best Nismo for the z34 generation.

This new... thing... I just expected more. The old wheels were perfect. The kit was more fitting. These new hard angles just don't work with the lines of the car at all.

jesus if this is what nissan is working on i'm getting kind of nervous about what they have in the pipeline for the z35.

They have the chance to make the Z35 really great, but I'm not so sure they care about the Z like some of us do.

Perhaps youre right. What would you say is acceptable? Mechanically and performance wise? I think the Mustang took a DRASTIC, HUGE step when the 5.0 debuted from the 4.6. Everything about the car, from powerplant to chassis was new. What do you need to be in a Z35?

Drop 150-300lbs and crank out close to 400hp. Just turbo it- we all want it turbo.

I've been googling 2015 nissan z for 5 months in anticipation!
But, this is a let down. I like the gtr theme but I don't like the whole package. The front bumper looks like a regular z bumper. Still looks like a catfish or something. I prefer the old nismo bumper since it had a different shape.

Still needs to lose 200lbs and be closer to 400hp. Unfortunately, nissan probably will lose sales on the gtr then. Seems like nissan doesn't know what to do with this car so they put a few louvres and a red stripe on it, and then hoped for the best.

Meh.....

And I just sold my 370z so I could be ready to buy the new nismo. Nah, not this one though. It's outdated now and needs some work.

Drop 200lbs, add twin turbo, and make a backup camera standard. Boom, I just fixed the NISMO and made it well worth $45k. No cosmetic updates necessary.

If they did this I'd be on the way to the dealership right now to trade in my paid off 09....
