hmmm i c. swift springs, they dont do anything performance wise correct? Coil overs would be the choice for perf?

My coil overs improved both ride and handling. The ride improved until I adjusted them too much to say this.

Springs will absolutely help performance. Where did you get the idea that they didn't?

No. The right springs, i.e. Swift Spec-R, definitely improve performance.
