Depends. If the engine was not thoroughly warmed up, then I would go ahead and change the oil/filter. If you are using dino-based oil, I'd go ahead and change the oil/filter. If you are using full-syn and the engine was warmed up properly during storage, you should be good-to-go for at least a K or two more miles.
But I tend to be very conservative when it comes to changing lubricants. As long as you didn't permit condensation in the engine, you should be OK.
